Jot: Court Blocks Anti-iPod Tax Ruling

Last December a Canadian court ruled that the so-called "iPod tax", which collected a certain percentage of the sales price of MP3 players to compensate for private copying, should not be applied. An Appeals Court has now blocked this ruling, with the Supreme Court to decide if it will hear the case.
