Geist on (Canadian) Copyright & Internet

A nice introduction into Canadian copyright law, specifically related to the internet, by one of Canada's leading IP professors Michael Geist: Copyright and the Internet: Is There a Canadian Way? Geist talks about a wide array of topics, from anti-circumvention provisions, ISP liability to WIPO ratification. Available in a webcast with slides in several formats.
